If cancelled within 6-12 hours before the scheduled meeting, a flat 10% of the
total fee paid will
be deducted.
If cancelled within 3-6 hours before the scheduled meeting, a flat 50% of the
total fee paid will
be deducted.
If cancelled within 3 hours before the scheduled meeting, no amount will be
refundable.[
Over and above the cancellation fee mentioned above, any cost incurred by the

including applicable service charges by banks or platforms used for making the
payment shall be
deducted from the refund amount.

DEFINITIONS

REFUNDS RULES

respective bank. It takes seven (7) Business Days to reverse back the amount to
your bank

EXEMPTIONS
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, We may refuse to provide a
refund for a
service if:
You knew or were made aware of the problem(s) with the service before
